Terms and Conditions
Deposit
In order to secure your reservation, a 20% deposit or the equivalent of 1 night of accommodation (when your stay is less than 5 nights). The balance is payable on arrival. Your accommodation is not considered to be booked until this deposit has been paid.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by the Lychee Tree by phone or e-mail. A full Refund of the deposit, less AUD$35.00 administration fee if the cancellation request is made prior to 14 days before the booking arrival date.
The deposit is forfeited if the cancellation request is received within 14 days prior to arrival. No refund of the full amount of your accommodation if the cancellation request is received less than 3 days prior OR in the event of non arrival or early departure.
Check In Times
Check-in time is 2pm, Check out time is 10 am on the day of your departure.
Rates
Rates are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
