Port Douglas Holiday Apartments
Lychee Tree Holiday Apartments are a small, friendly complex of Fully Self Contained 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments on the ground floor or first floor.
All Apartments have the following Facilities:
- Complete Kitchen including full sized fridge, stove/ oven, microwave and all utensils
- Sparkling Bathroom
- Full Laundry Facilities, including washing machine and dryer
- Spacious living areas with lounge and dining setting, along with a TV and DVD player
- Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fans
- Private Patio or Balcony surrounded by tropical gardens
- Undercover Parking
One Bedroom Fully Self Contained Apartment

One bedroom Apartments are mostly on the first floor and have all facilities described above, along with a Queen sized bed in the separate bedroom. Ground floor and twin 1 bedroom apartments may be requested and are subject to availability.
Rates are for 1-2 people.
Although it is possible to sleep up to 3 people, we suggest, for your added comfort, upgrading to a 2 bedroom Apartment for the same price as the additional person rate in our 1 bedroom Apartments.
Two Bedroom Fully Self Contained Apartment

Two bedroom apartments have facilities as described above and are configured with a queen bed in the main bedroom, with twin single beds in the second bedroom.
Most 2 bedroom apartments are on the ground floor and have undercover parking directly adjacent. It is possible to sleep up to 4 people in this apartment.
A selection of these 2 bedroom apartments have an additional single bed in the main bedroom, providing bedding for up to 5 people.
The two Bedroom Family Suite is on the first floor and has all facilities as descibed above.
The existing bedding configuration is as for the two bedroom apartments, with a queen bed in the main bedroom and twin single beds in the second bedroom.
There is extra living space and a larger kitchen than the two bedroom apartments. A sofa bed in the living room provides bedding for an additional 2 people.
It is possible to sleep up to 6 people in this apartment. Guests should be aware that though the apartment can sleep up to 6, there is one bathroom.
